Hi, how did you get the shift boot to fit??

Honestly, I don't see the point of this mod. Some one could bump the shifter in to reverse on the highway and cause huge damage to your car and there is no benefit to not having to push the button

Remove the big piece of plastic, use the shift boot to cover up the shift gate and put the plastic piece back. Just have to tuck it a little, it fits fine.

I tried.
Yes, I am Dumb.
But it was by mistake.

I pushed it into reverse, I was traveling 40mph,
I saw the R light up in the intruments.

I waited for my car to explode.
It just kept moving!, I shifted back to drive.

I stoped and tried reverse, It still worked.
Also, if you shift to park, You'll hear clicking until you come to a stop.
At that point, it will lock.


No i dont abuse my car.
