I replaced my A4 wood trim with A4 Aluminum trim (I had to follow the Alum. trim FAQ since the A4 Aluminum trim is more black than aluminum).

I like the results, but the trim gets smudges on it very easily and doesn't quite have the finished look that I want. So, I ordered the smallest piece of S4 aluminum trim to see how it looks.

My suggestion would be to order the small piece of both the A4 and S4 aluminum trim pieces and then decide which you like better and order the rest of the set. You will also have to order the black piece for you center console.

Don't mess with a trade, just get some new trim and sell your old on EBAY or the classifieds (I got $300 for mine and I think I probably could have gotten more).
