why not go by the part number
that would be an good idea right... because like thats how we know what works and doesnt work... like at the dealership.

what year is your car?....
there are two type of remotes. iirc old remotes work on the newer cars but new remotes don't work on old cars. this fcc# works for me: FCC ID: MZ2 410 819. 6 3 or 6 4 etc at the end are not important.
