Do we have some sort of champion primer on factory hoods?
there is a crack under the grill from where the previous owner wrecked the car that is all rusty (when you get close)
Rock chips above the grill (had them since I got the car) have no sign of rust (not that I am complaining, just curious as to the reason why)
