Don't worry, that little L is supposed to be like that. It's just a cap.

The larger zip tie in the lower right seems to be crimping the hose it's holding in place?

I think that's just wires in there, not a hose.

Looks like your missing a vacuum line/hose off of that 90 degree tee. That's about the best I can see without having a Bentley handy.
