Default i paid $100 for a JBL 10" w/ box + Clarion Amp (just for reference)
used of course ;-)

he has a JL(as in JL Audio), not JBL

not great. Try getting the sub and amp somewhere else, and then have them build the box and install.

its a JL 12W03, and the its a MTX T250D amp.

Default isn't the 12W3 the best one JL makes? handles lots of power in a small enclosure
i think that might be a good deal...since the sub, the amp (4 channel??), and the enclosure would be expensive already. is it a custom enclosure? if not, i'd shop around a little more.
