I bought my A4 from them and got it back dirty as hell after my 5K service. They also... (more)
...charged me for reprogramming the control module to auto-lock the doors at 15 MPH, even though this is supposed to be free according to the TSB. They didn't stamp the service log in my book.

next time request a mechanic to service your car....being a former dealership mechanic (tischer vw) low mile services are usally done by the oil change tech or (lubie)...hence the dirt

Took mine at Van something in Appleton and I give them an F (more)
I am from VA and I was in WI for my 5k service. I took my car to Appleton's Audi I forget the name and they did not rotate my tires (I asked, they told me they did and then when I looked at them I knew they hadn't)... they took my car for a wash and brought it back worst than I've ever seen! and finally they told me they would program my remotes and at the very end asked for 1hr or so labor to program them. I would like to note however that they did not overfill my oil for which I was glad!
