I went through a different group buy, but all the hoods are coming from Vortrag. The last time I talked to Todd @ Vortrag, which was around Jan. 12, he said that they weren't exactly sure when delivery of the product was going to be, but he was figuring *sometime* in Feb. Keep in mind they are doing entirely new molds for these hoods, so that is going to take some time. He said once the mold/s had been dialed in, they were going to put a new hood on one of their test mules and drive around for a week or so; run it through a car wash, heat it up, cool it off, etc. All of this just to make sure that the hoods are stable. Another piece of logistics was trying to arrange for some discount shipping prices through a carrier to save us a few bucks. Bottom line: probably sometime this month. I don't mind waiting for a quality/built-to-order product...
