First, VP is a known bad dealership for both Audi and BMW. This board and the BMW board are full of complaints; since old man Polak died this place has had a lot of problems (ask IronMike, he seems to lead their fan club).

Second, AoA will pass your entire complaint on to the dealer for them to "resolve." So this will go into your service file and computer record and I guarantee you will never get preferred service again (if you ever did). It's an odd policy to tell the person being complained about that they are being complained about and then stepping out of the way. Dogfight, anyone?
