I have recently been feeling strange vibrations from my left wheel at highway speeds and also when slowing down. I looked at both sides of the car and this part seems to be a little loose and not as tight as the other side. Do i just tighten it ? or am i suppose to get another part ? if so, does anyone know the part number or what its called ?

Definitely tie rod end. Shouldn't have play. Do a search, dealr in Ohio had em for cheap.
