Does Commonwealth Audi/VW suck or am I just unlucky?
Went in for my 15K service and as usuall the service was horrible. As always, I walked away thinking why didn't I take it to the place in Newport Beach or Circle in Long Beach. They did a horrible job washing my car, the interior wasn't clean, and no one explained the warranty repairs to me. Anyone else agree that they suck! <p>Thanks for listening,<br>Dale <p>99 1.8T

Yes they do suck!
I went in for my 5k servie and never went back. The service advisors there are very very impolite and unhelpful. They washed my car and it looked like someone just took a wet rag and wiped my car down. I Have owned many different brands of cars, BMW, Audi, saab, Honda... Commonwealth's service is by far the worst i have ever seen. Goto Circle instead, they are very helpful there.

Has ANYONE had a good experience with Commonwealth? Kind of concerned since I've got an order in with them for a 1.8T. Reading these comments, I feel like I should pull my deposit. Deposit is stated as "refundable" with cancellation of order. Feedback appreciated.<p>Mark
