Does the DTS decrease clutch / shifter vibration on the 1.8T?
I've never read that it does, but it occurs to me it may actually make it worse. I'm thinking of buying one only if it as a positve or neutral effect on vibration in the clutch pedal and shifter. I don't have a snub mount because I didn't want increase vibration, either.

i would recommend a snub mount over the DTS
i've never had the DTS, but i do have the snubbie. from what i've heard, the snub does more than (or at the very least, the same as) the DTS, and it costs less. and the snub won't vibrate if you install it correctly. mine doesn't vibrate at all. if you're in the ny/nj area, i could help you with a snub install.
but i think most people will say that the snub is a much better bang for the buck than the DTS. if you search the archives, you'll probably find the same sentiment.
