Dome Light Question??

Dome Light Question??
I have an 00 1.8Tqm. The dome light stays on for about 1 minute after I start the car. When I shut the car down and remove the key, the dome light does not go on until I open the door. Is this normal? To me it should be the opposite..

not normal.... goto the dealer tell them its not working right.. the dome light should start dimming as soon as you start the motor... and as soon as you pull out the key i believe or turn it off the dome light should come one... later GL

Well, in my 8k mi. of ownership. That's three small problems I've had with this car.
The first was the steering wheel alignment, the second was the hissing noise from the driver's side window which required a replacement window track & regulator and now this. That's three, maybe my luck will turn around! :-)

just like nobodys perfect no audi is really perfrect.. i bitch and moan to my dealer about every little thinkg... its funny sometimes.. i have my dealership wipped ehehehhee
