Default driver headlight not working

I've read a lot of posts regarding headlights before posting this, but none really matched exactly what is going on with mine...

The passenger headlight works fine, as well as, the brights and the turn signals.

I replaced the bulb and the fuse is fine. My voltmeter broke (it figures) and I haven't had a chance to replace it.

Could this still be a healight switch?

Default you need to voltmeter the fuse socket for the DS headlight.

this will help narrow down where the problem is.

Default If it was your headlight switch, none of you headlights would work.

Pick up a new voltmeter and get crackin'.

Hey mp4, what ended up being the problem with your headlight? I'm having the same issue. I just took apart the headlight switch, and cleaned it up but it wasnt the problem. My fuses are fine. I don't have a multimeter either.

Over time the insulation on the wires inside the headlight body gets very brittle. (where you connect the headlight bulb.) If they touch, it might fry the wire enough to open the circuit for that light.
