Electrical issues
Hi,i got a Audi B5 2.4L and these are the issues that i am experiencing; the battery light (dim) flickers in the dashboard, the voltage drops in between 12&14 volts when i switch on the fog lights,wipers and heater at the same time and before when i remove the ignition key the headlights could go off automatically but now they don't anymore and if the heater was on the fan will keep on spinning although the climate control is off until i manually switch off the lights then everything will go off and i bought a new battery and i noticed that it leaks whenever i use all these components, now my question is;is it a bad ground connection or a bad voltage regulator? anybody help please

Could be bad connections, but it sounds like the alternator. These cars are at the age where the brushes are going to be wearing out, and the bearings are likely not far behind. So I'd get the voltmeter out and check between the engine and battery ground, and if it checks out (low drop) I'd pull the alternator and rebuild it.
