Default empty dash controls/switches

Has anyone used those "dead" dash switch controls for anything besides a garage door openner or boost guage? I was looking to add something but i don't really need a boost guage and i don't have a garage =) ...any other suggestions...the archives are a great source of info, but i've finally come to a dead end...
Thanks,
Jason
98.5 1.8T pearlescent

Default PEZ dispenser...

The "clip" end could be hiddin in the dash, with only the head sticking out. A quick tilt of the head and you've got instant energy for those twisty romps in the quattro!
CraigB 8^)

Even it the remote display fits this area, placing it there will not buy you anything. If you're using the remote display because you don't want to advertise your radar detector to any pursuing officers, this is location is way too visable.
Just my 2¢
Bert
