Engine?

I blew my frickin timing belt yesterday so my baby is currently ko'd anyone know where to get an engine for a 99a4 avant tq 1.8t? Anyone ever switched their motors? anyone know where i can find maybe a wrecked a4 I can get the engine out of?

why do you need to replace your engine?

About a month ago you were at 80kmiles and you didn't change the timing belt..

..you spend money on synthetic oil but don't change the belt on a stage 2? car.

thanks for the email
the car is a 1999.5 A4 1.8T silver w/ black leatheret interior
interior is perfect
engine is as well with around 60-65k
it was totaled when i was ran off the road and hit a pole.
front-right side damage
front fender/wheel well and right door
everything else is just fine like a brand new car
I was selling the engine on ebay for $1800
and the front seats for $450

no, i was at 77,000 miles i never added the synthetic yet, i was trying to get all the normal maintenence done but this car is just really expensive to take care of. I was actually looking into a timing belt kit last week to purchase this week, apparently a week too late. I was only at 77,000 miles too. It sucks.
