Engine cannot start

My Audi 97 A4 1.8M. Cannot start after changing my fuel filter. Could someone help me to solve this problem?

Check fuel pump fuse...

...also does the car crank good? Hom many attempts did you make to start it? When I changed my FF it took about 5seconds to catch, but first I turned my key to on position for about 30 sec. to get some fuel flowing through the lines. Maybe it's flooded. Did you try giving some gas while trying to start it?

Fuse in good condition. I have attempts quit many time. What I suspect the battery have not enought power. If power lack did the injection firing?, what make the injiction firing?, is it the pressure.
