Engine Surging

Hi im having trouble with my 98 A4, After the throttle body clean the car was great for all of 2 days and then now when I switch it on, the cars fine but as soon as I touch the accelerator to rev it up the car surges to between 4-5000rpm and wont come down. When I press the accelerator when it's surging the car chugs still staying at 4-5000rpm and black smoke comes from my exhaust. So I have to switch off. Then when I try to restart the car has flooded. So anyone have any ideas????????????

You f'd it up? Just kidding. Did you run a Throttle Body Adaptation?...

maybe that will help? Also are you sure all of the electrical connections are together & tight?
