Default Exhaust Systems for FWD?

It seems like all the exhaust systms I find are for quatto only? Any hints as to where I might find some for FWD?

Default Custom...

As for systems you can buy, only the APR and Neu/Borla from SPP are cat-back. Milltek from stratmosphere is not a cat back, but you can purchase the quattro downpipe and have a shop do the piping between the downpipe and the rest of the FWD exhaust.

My Exhaust

Default I've heard an Apr on a Ftrak and it was pretty quiet

not sure if thats what you want. but it sounded excactly like stock. I'd go custom for with a magnaflow for a beffy sound, or Miltek or Mtm (pricey) and buy an aftermarket Dp.

Default Re: Exhaust Systems for FWD?

Don't know if this is any help, but I just went to my local exhaust specialist. Got them to make up a 3" downpipe from the back of the cat to the ground. Then 2.5" straight through custom pipe the rest of the way. Got 2 Hotdogs put on to quieten it down. Sweet as!!

I am in Australia....cost me about $600 Aussie dollars. Prolly work out to about $300 of your US. Prolly less again if u go with MS.
Worth it if u ask me. Made a huge difference to performance.
