Which exhaust would best fit this description?
It sounds most like a TT225. Nice deep burble at idle, pretty quiet at cruising, deep but not too overpowering at WOT. I miss my TT... It is for a 2000 A4 1.8TQM by the way. I don't want it too loud, but I want it louder and deeper than stock. Thanks!

The Audi Sport exhaust, a muffler made by Remus, has a great sporty sound...

If you are planning other mods down the road, like a bigger turbo, then you may what to get a full cat back system.

I'd have to go with Chupacabra...i have the APR he has the Milltek.
I've heard both of our cars...and his fits that description i think. The one time i heard it anyway. No loud at all...and since you mentioned it, it did kinda sound like a 225TT oddly enough.

But APR is louder than Milltek. Is APR louder than a TT225? AAH! This is so tough!
I may just have to go to a Chicago GTG and check them out first hand. I've been wanting to do that for a long time but I never can. Maybe this summer...

I just fabricated a custom full 2.5 inch system with downpipes.....
its great at cruising speed and it has the deep tone I was always looking for...
it ran in the mid 500's and I can provide the part numbers, even the parts if need be if you wanna take them to your local shop and have it made to the same specs..
