easier to see in the daytime.
I filled the coolant level up some too
darn air pockets and the v6's
still have a long way to go with cleanliness
rerouting hoses and making different ones and basically making it tidy under there.

Default very cool. questions:

how much boost can you run until you blow out a cylinder?

why did you go this rought rather than a supercharger?

what did it cost to get there?

HOPEFULLY I will never find the answer to that question.. The early PES kit ran 10 psi..
Their second gen runs about 7.5 (if my memory serves me correct) and that is all I plan on running.

WELL.. anyone can bolt on a supercharger.
I was the first person to do a K04 upgrade on a S4.. and I like turbos.
I have never heard of anyone turbocharging a 30v 2.8 v6.

So I figured I would be first at that too! LOL

OH dear lord I dont even want to think about that.
A LOT more than the PES Supercharger ever could be. LOL

If this was a pay job the labor would have been in the 3000 range.
plus the turbos are 1600
and the exhaust manifolds are 580 each
and the intake manifold is god only knows how expensive.
the oil pan is like 280
injectors and fuel rail
and maf
and
and
may'be i'll make a list

Default k03's..>

I wanted them to spool fast.. and I was not going to run 7.5psi the k04's were not for me.
The k03's spool FAST the high compression of the AHA helps. The turbos sound cool!

I fabbed everything on the car myself.. from air injection spacer adapters to the inlet pipes to downpipes.
I had to make new trans cooler lines.. you can see them in the picture routed thru the middle of the intake manifold.
the old ones were in the way of the passengers side turbocharger.

I ordered a custom FMIC for the car... but it is still 6weeks away.. so for now it is intercoolerless.
