Default Only possible problem is that they do move the injector slightly, if you make sure a clear path to

CC is available w/no obstruction, they are actually very beneficial, especially if daily driven.

Default yep. most high quality spacers are cut with the injector spray pattern in mind...

they definitely help the intake manifolds not get so heatsoaked from the head.

Default

nice...do you have any before/after results. I'd imagine that they really shine by the 3-4 run.

Default nah, ive got no data on the spacer.

'cept my good dyno numbers and my decreasing CAPS times ofver time.

to be honest, i think the biggest benefit is in traffic, preserving the life of the TB/injectors, accuracy of the IAT sensor, with a very minor WOT thermal benefit.

Default I had one made by NewSouth out of their white material...

But it expanded and started leaking, so I'm back to stock for now... Any better options?

Default i think they changed their product...they used to use a thin white thermo plastic right?

not sure about now.

but to answer your original question, phenolic is a much different material than the early new south ones.

it basically a filled fiberglass material.
