034's current on is whitey in color, but has the appearance of fiberglass... NewSouth's new gasket is black... I'll be ordering Axis's FTW.

I've been rocking one for nearly two years...
only problem I've had was when I installed it, I snugged up the manifold support brace and then couldn't figure out why the car wouldn't start.

yes, the original NewSouth ones used to change shape with heat....i saw some really warped ones!
I've been testing the 034 ones with great success. the material is good. not too thick to mess with injector spray patterns, but thick enough to reduce heat transfer.
