Default finally put my suspension on...

These are a couple of pics taken outside of Vortrag's shop just after install. The pics are a little grainy but you can tell this thing is lowwwww. I did a couple of shake down runs around some of Detroit's badly paved roads with no rubbing or bottoming out at this setting.
Although it looked kick-a#s, it just wasn't a realistic height for this area or for peak performance. I'm not into big-pimpin'. So it was raised 1/2" in front and 3/4" in the rear for a nice raked stance.
The suspension is Vortrag's coilover kit running 450 lbs. springs. As stated above, I took my baby over some ****-poor roads and apart from a slightly firmer ride, there wasn't much difference in ride quality compared to the OE sport suspension. When I hit the freeways and onramps, again not much difference, until I looked down at the speedo and realized how fast I was going on those onramps, with NO body lean!! What a great set-up. Bigger brakes are definitely in order here.
Special thanks to Todd and Rich at Vortrag for a very professional install and the awsome coilover kit. Highly recommended.

Default I have been considering the Vortrag coilovers for quite some time.

It's nice to see how happy you are with them. How long did you have to wait for the coilovers to arrive? Did you get the Derlin (sp?) control arm bushings to go with the coilovers? Sorry for asking so many questions, as you can see I am very excited about your set up. Got any more pics to share?

Default LOL my wheels are not made from dough - besides thats whats warranty is for

i believe as long as long as you dont have those wheels with deep dishes your wheels can take autocross. still no sign of bending even after a few potholes and hi-G turns
