First real compliment on my new rims! 18 REs
This guy in a Lagunca Seca E46 M3 convertible pulls up next to me and signals for me to roll down my window.
"Nice rims you got on there, what kind are thoose?"
I try and tell him "Oettingers" a few times, i think what he finally heard was "energies"!
Either way, I was pumped. Later i had a fun cook out at my friends place, a sweet lineup of cars, my car, my buddy BostonCactus' S4 w/ reiger front and 18" rims, his dads A6 with the S4 avus rims on it, and his sisters 2002 Passat wagon. If just their GTI woudl have been there we would have had a sweet VAG commercial! We got some good pictures anyway.
Basically I love my rims and am glad that i ended up going with 18s. Now back to work on my e-code xenon install!
