First snow of the year caked the front of the car and outside temp spiked, anyone have this prob?

Default First snow of the year caked the front of the car and outside temp spiked, anyone have this prob?
went up to like 45 when it was at 28 and stayed there

thats what happens because of the heat from the radiator, if the snow stops airflow to the sensor.
