Default if you only need to buy two... then you aren't saving that much are you?

I'd use the original valves, but hey I'm nuts like that.

Default let me rephrase that...

I'm not thinking too highly of you for putting a T28 turbo on a car with a pair of crap valves in the cyl head... thats ahh... not smart. Sodium is there iirc to cool the valve and its like... a bigger turbo... more fuel, more air... probably more heat right? Sooo.. if Audi saw fit to use sodium filled valves on a 150-225hp engine... you are going to use lower quality ones on a 293whp setup? Is pulling your cyl head off AGAIN worth the risk.... are you really saving anything? Are you proud that you are using cheap valves? I sure as **** wouldn't be... I wouldn't put my name on that.

Exact thought that popped into my head. TWO valves? How cheap can you be?

Default With the heat that these engines see, this is likely to bite you in an expensive way

Pull them out at your first opp. and until then be nice to the engine as the high heats might take the heads of your valves right off (ouch ouch ouch!)

Yes it could. Sell me the kit, it's safer for you. ;-)

Default Do it right, or don't do it at all.

Nowhere I have found is this more important than on our cars.

Default Read: "will putting valves that have less cooling capability in an engine that has been known to...

burn valves in stock form, and then upgrade it to make more horsepower a bad idea?"

Think long and hard about that one, you'll figure it out and hopefully make the right decision.
