flasher relay 99.5 a4 avant

VERY GENTLY work the wood trim off.
I used some small picks around the bottom corners and in through the pop-out cup holder.
I'm replacing mine tomorrow.
Relay/Switch was ~$33 at AutohausAZ (and it arrived today, yay!)

Just got done changing mine. Took 5 minutes.
I even took out the two bolts that I didn't need to take out.
1. Gently pry off wood trim.
2. Uh.. I guess break the old Hazard relay. I couldn't figure out how to grasp ahold of it and I was freezing my butt off.
So I used some pliers to break the red button part off and then some needlenose pliers to grasp ahold of the assembly (no place to grip w/ red thing on, that I could see).
Pull out on the right hand side, go over to the left and pull, back to the right, and the thing pops out.
3. Unplug connector on back by squeezing tabs.
4. Plug in new switch.
5. Push into dash until it's flush like the old one.
6. Gently press wood trim back on.
DONE!
