Front suspension making all kinds of sqeaking noises on MY 01..any suggestions??

Thanks, I know it's not Cv's and don't think tie rods (checcked these), possibly control arms. If ..
it is control arms - what to do about the noise? Do you have to replace or can it be made quite again?? TIA

my cars older but they Retail for 108.23 each at the dealer...(thats for each upper control arm)
my older a4 had a recall which was nice cause the inspection yielded a list of stuff to do sdespite not covering what was wrong.

nothing is worse than hearing that sputter of compression loss and knowing at that second
you just lost a couple thousand $ if you wanna make your car run again.
my car bent 6 intake valves and 8 exhaust valves and i was doing ~2k RPM. its not fun losing your engine and power steering when youre doing 40MPH...i almost stopped in a tree. get the tbelt done now!
