Default FWD Tricked

1998 1.8T w/115k, meticulous maintenance, super clean, runs great. Was considering lowering kit and chip. Is this a waste of money on a FWD? The car has been perfect for 8 years, treated me well.

Suggestions?

Default Not a waste on a FWD, since they are actually slightly lighter and quicker than a quattro...

Check your favorite tuner for chips, and suspension. AWE tuning probably has both in one stop shopping, as does Pure Motorsports. Just don't ask which chip is better. They are all slightly different in application, but the end result is pretty similar.

Sure, APR is one of the good choices.
