Gas Mileage!
What is the average consumption for a 2.8 12v A4 Quattro, I have been getting 13MPG in the city, it's got bad O2, is it anywhere close to average?

Replace your O2s...
I've got the 12V in my 90 and I get 22mpg average with an exhaust leak. I got about 16 when my O2s were bad (5-speed, FWD).
You should be getting ~5mpg more city. Spend the couple hundred bucks and replace 'em! With gas prices, it'll pay for itself in no time.
