Default Getting '01 A4 2.8Q at end of this week

Bought from TX dealer - spotted on eBay. It's a 17,000 mile (real), 2-owner car, 2001 Silver/Black leather, with premium package, power seats, Bose, CD, Tip (I wanted stick, but it's for my kid - he wanted tip), xenons, 16" 9 spoke OEM wheels. No seat warmers ("We don't get no cold winters down here in Texas, son..."). Clean CarFax, always Audi serviced and Audi certified til 2/07 or 100K. Priced well below $18K. Looked great in pics - I'll send a review and some pics of my own when received. Should be interesting.

Default He's going to regret not having butt warmers in winter, but still a nice find!

Send your son our way, and we'll give him the typical noob welcoming heheheh

Congrats!

Default No question - his butt will freeze in PA ...

but I wasn't going to quibble over that. The dealer literally said virtually no one in Houston area orders cars with cold weather package - they just don't need them. Should be a great car. I've been an AW poster for years - he's next in line!

Default That's the car....

the owner had it Audi Certified before he sold it (to buy his wife a TT Roadster) to the dealer who I'm buying it from. I've verified through Audi using the VIN that the car is in fact certed until 1/07 or 100K miles.
