Getting Neuspeed Bilstein shocks installed in a week....Need some help/advice please.
Just ordered some neuspeed bilsteins today and should arrive next week.
Anyways, i'm not quite sure what perch settings i should use. I currently have H&R RACE springs with a tad more than a 2 finger gap .(loose 2 fingers F&R), using quasi-worn out oem sport shocks.
Ultimately, i would like a VERY TIGHT 2 finger gap...in other words a tad less than a 2 finger gap.
I've thoroughly checked the archives but almost all of the info is based on 99.5's and lower. From what i gather, my2000's and up have different spring perches and as a result, the cars do not lower as much as the previous years.
Most people seem to set the rears on the lowest setting and the fronts 1 up from the bottom. But most of these people also have H&R SPORT springs which results in about a 2 finger gap.
So i'm thinking that if i set my shocks lowest in the rear and 1 up in front, it *might* be too low.
Obviously, i'd hate to have to go back to the shop a second time and pay them to readjust the perches. I'd really like to get it right the first time.
So does anybody have any ideas what i should set the perches at? Anybody with H&R Race and Neuspeed Bilsteins on a my2000+??
Thanks guys!

I have neuspeed race springs with neuspeed bilstein shocks and...
the front all the way down, and the backs in the middle resulting in a 1.5 finger gap in the front and a loose 2 finger gap in the back.
