Default GIAC Chip Versions...
Does anybody know how I can tell what version of programming I have on my GIAC chip?? I think I might have to upgrade.

Default Look at the numbers on the back of the chip (assuming you have socket)....
I think V.08 is the newest one. Call whoever did your install or maybe the guys at AWE. They are always super helpful.

VO8 is the socket version. The rest will tell you which chip version you have.
