Default Going to be helping a friend with a 1.8T (replacing coil pack BTDT?)

Anything to look out for on a coil pack replacement? Are the mounting bolts known to strip (aluminum head)?

I looked over and there are tons or articles in the archives about people needing to replace them but no straight forward 'this is how you do it'. It seems to just be a plug, 2 screws and the pack can come out, sound about right?

Thanks for the help!
