Default Going to tint windows. I want to get a medical waiver for darker tint...

and have a doctor willing to sign off on this for me but don't know if there are forms for this or if I just need a "doctor's note". I live in Ohio. Does anyone have experience with this?

Default call your local dmv.. virginia has an exeption form i think

most other states will have one as well probably

i just looked it up for nj and there is a form to get from the dmv

Default What!?! Is this for real. Getting a drs' not to get tints.

So you would pass inspection too in NJ.

pretty sure you can do windshield. Will still attract moe unwanted attention but I want it.

yes...if you search the dmv site there is a form to have a doctor fill out
