or tighten them up...one of mine was doing that. (it sealed itself)

Yep, give them 1/8-1/16 of a turn tighter...wash it down...and check for leak.

That looks like coolant, I thought both those lines were oil..

guess not.

Top one in the photo is coolant supply

to the turbo. Lower line is oil supply to the turbo. The coolant return line in under the turbo as is the oil return ( back to the oil pan ).
