I chased him down twice, but the last time he got away. And I called the cops, filled a report, got his plate number. Very minor damage on the bumper, a little scratch. What should I do. Just wait for the cops to call? Get a lawyer? Help, guys.

we got hit hard from behind at about 65 mph. i didnt know wtf happened, luckily the guy behind the person that hit us, got her license plate number. we called the cops, they found her, arrested her, threw her in jail. she was drunk, no license, and no insurance. you probably wont need a lawyer, since you got the license plate #...police should be able to take care of it.
