H&R coilover set up questions...
I just got H&R coilovers installed yesterday and I want to get the height right before I have it aligned. Yes, the installers set the height but it was with a quarter tank and I am really ****. So here are my questions...
1. It is best to adjust height with a half tank of gas, right?
2. Fender to ground measurements all the way round for a "two finger" gap?
3. Measurements on shock body to where the spring begins
Thanks!

I'd set it with a full tank. That way when you're at less than full, the car is raked forward.
If you set it with half a tank, and then fill up the tank completely -- it'll be sitting lower in the back.
To be honest - I don't think it will make much difference tho.

I would do half a tank, but I agree with Mark, it probably won't matter much at all.
I would suggest letting a month go by before making the final height adjustment, just in case it settles a tad (you're the one who said you were ****! :-)). After that, get the alignment done. Your alignment should not be significantly out of what right now, so going a month before aligning it will not be a big deal. In fact, the car *should* still track straight after the install. Does it?

So when coilovers (i.e: h&r) are ordered from a vendor, is the ride height pre-set from the factory?
