H&R race say a drop of 1.9" front and 1.5" rear...is that for cars with sport package??

H&R race say a drop of 1.9" front and 1.5" rear...is that for cars with sport package??
my car with sport package is considerably lower than non-sport, so is the advertised drop for sport or non sport?
i want about 2 inches drop and cant afford C/O's at the moment, so will the H&R race and bilstein combo give a sport package equipped car that drop??
