'lo All,
Is there an MP3-playing device that can be mounted where the 6-disc changer normally mounts, and that is compatible with the same interface?
What I am envisioning is a box that communicates with the Symphony or Concert head unit in the same way as the 6-disc changer, but holds a harddisk and/or CD-rom of MP3s. Selecting one of the six discs with the head unit's controls might select one of six directories on the harddrive (so one can sort the MP3 tracks into categories) or maybe select between harddrive, CDrom, and other devices connected thru this black-box device.
