Has anybody done the A8 upgrade, is it worth the effort?

i'm working on it as we speak....
...rather working on gathering the parts!! the A8 rotors are RARE...except at the dealer which is my last resort. the caliper carriers are expensive...but also could not be found at any junkyards ($138 each from Clair). good luck.
