Adjust the brackets...
This condition occurs when the underside of the exhaust piping gets hit with water/snow/slush and results in the extreme cooling and contracting of the stainless steel only on the underside of the pipes. This causes the pies to bend or arc slightly which can make the pipes come into contact with the chasis. The noise differs from rattles/vibrartions/gurgles depending on where contact is made with the chasis. A good exhaust shop can usually diagnose the problem and make the appropriate adjustments to the brackets.
BTW, if you have a Tip with an old version of the Borla downpipe, you are missing a key bracket that supports the downpipe and flex joint.

my Neuspeed G2 exhaust does that, too, sometimes.
it used to do it more often when it was newer, but it still happens from time to time in the rain. it's a kind of scary noise when it happens. scary enough where i lay off the gas and upshift (higher gear/less torque appear to help quiet it down) until the sound goes away. i had always attributed it to a section of the exhaust expanding when hit by water, as others have mentioned here.
