Good question im interested also.....
I have talked with the owner of a local Chicagoland tuner(Dubwerks) that carries ATP, about the Longitudinally mounted 1.8Ts and he has said that the software is still being worked on(apparently its very confusing) This was about 3-4 months ago. Supposedly the kit is in the works still, and it IS available for the tranverse 1.8Ts (Golf Gti Jetta) Its on the website, incase you havent heard of ATP the site is vwturbo.com<ul><li><a href="http://www.vwturbo.com">http://www.vwturbo.com</a</li></ul>

That is not a "KIT" he has a GT25/35 from rayhall which cost about $1200
then he uses a custom made tube manifold ($800) which I am also going to be using on my car with a turbo that is about 1-2 steps larger then the one lucas has on his car at this time. Lucas also uses a custom one off chip from GIAC that was tuned for his car only and is not a retail chip that I know of. Lucas also rebuilt his motor(still stock size) and has a ported head with schrick cams.

UROTRASH has done this to his 97 A4. An incredible setup!
You might find him over on the tuning board occasionally. He had it dynoed at 215 HP at the wheels. A lot better than his 150 a month or two back. It still needs lots of fine tuning. It definitely smokes still. He hopes to be at 300 HP soon.
