The new tie rods show up in the mail tomorrow. Just gotta get the right tools together. I tried calling the dealership, and they where no help whatsoever. I have found one place online that lists the VAG1923 and its description; "Open End Spanner Insert for fitting and removing the Audi A8 track rod. (special HAZET 38mm 1/2" dr crowfoot)" But it does not mention the A4. I want to make sure 38mm is the right size before I buy this tool. HAZET wants 80 bucks. I figured I could use an 1-1/2" crowfoot also (its about the right size and more readily avaiable for much cheaper).
