Default headlight low beam bulb replacement on 99.5
Reading this fair forum all night, I got the itch to go out for a joyride in my baby. Pulling out of the driveway, the warning light alerted me that my driver side headlight had burned out.

Searched the archives, couldn't find anything directly dealing with a bulb replacement (I could be blind, though.)

Anyone have any tips on how to replace the low beam bulb in a 99.5?

Default H7 bulbs
easy as pie, pull cover off back and disconnect, disengage old bulb, insert new one. Don't touch the new bulb surface.

take cover off the whole headlight, or does the bulb itself pull out, ala fog lights?

Default its in your manual... in the "supplement"
I just did my 99.5 (both) 2 days ago. its easy. just remove the covers, its actually not intimidating.

Default on the backside of the headlight housing, in the engine bay
there's a plastic cover you pop off to give you access to the light bulb inside
