well i have some Micro DE foglights, only problem is i dont have the wiring harness (yea, sucks)
anyone have any ideas on how i would go about wiring them w/o the harness?

Yup.....
I just did it, but I used the Hella harness and cut the Oem harness out. You can simply do the opposite, by cutting the Hella wiring on the fogs where it attaches to the Hella harness. Cut oem harness about 4" above and connect oem Brown to the Hella black and hella green to oem green/white, wrap/splice wires. I soldered the wires and then wrapped them in vinyl electrical tape instead of heat shrinking around them. The end result looks like this.

This will only work if you have existing fogs and or wiring...
If not you made a boo boo the kit's come with all the ****e you need to wire up the Micro's for vehicles with no OEM fogs. Man you suck if you had put this up 2 weeks ago I could have sent you everything you need and just done direct wire to wire myself, but helped you out at the same time(:
