Well it was raining hard and I passed thru a large puddle, then right after that I noticed the EPC, Traction Control, and ABS lights are on. So I pull off road to restart the car and now the Check Engine light its on too. Drove the car home but its really slugish. What can probably cause all this. The car is an tiptronic 01 A4 2.8 quattro.

The cause is you flooded the electronics in the car.
Reason is you drove thru water that was too deep.
The solution will be revealed when you find out the code for the CEL.
Buy/ borrow a VAG.com and check the codes. A generic code reader will only display OBDII codes so if you soaked the Transmission control unit you won't be able to check.
Well just went for a short test drive and the EPC light turned off when driving, got home and restarted the car and TC and ABS are off now, its just CEL now. Car is not slugish anymore. I'll see what code is showing tomorrow.
