Two weeks ago i asked for help regarding a timing belt that let go a 60,000 miles. Well, I need some more help. I was denied any assistance from Audi. They will not give me the northeast regional manager's name and when I contacted the 800 number I was told nothing can be done about the situation. I asked who the regional manager reported to and was told the CEO. Does anyone know the CEO of Audi??

Any help would be appreciated including a lawyer.
